At the Mir family farm in Kashmir, rows of apricot and almond trees slice through saffron fields. We developed a tangy, jammy Apricot-Saffron Frangipane for their cookbook inspired by the farm, and inside this bag, you'll find those very flavors in granola form -- all of it, a perfect reminder that what grows together ultimately goes together.

This has a satisfying density to it. I might have expected a little more spice in the flavour but it was subtle which probably suits a wider audience. I really enjoyed the apricot flavour
