When Michelle Daniels, the creative mind behind Back Porch Paleo, set out to craft a paleo waffle cone for her husband's 50th birthday "drumstick" treat, her Paleo Pizzelle recipe was born, bringing the nostalgic crunch to life. A decade later, it's still a fan favorite. Now we've captured those same warm, toasty flavors in a granola that delivers the perfect balance of crunch and nostalgia in every bite.

"Growing up, my mom gave me full freedom in the kitchen—never mind the messes (and there were plenty!), she always cleaned up with a smile. What a gift that was: the freedom to explore, create, and fall in love with food. I’ve always been kitchen curious, eager to learn, and most of all, to feed the people I love.
This granola is a celebration of that love. Inspired by the flavors in my Paleo Pizzelle recipe—created for my husband’s 50th birthday—and brought to life through the magical hands of Michelle Pusateri and NJG, the Granola Goddess herself. Together, our foodie hearts dreamed up something we hope feels as special to you as it does to us.
