Lets talk about MATCHA CHIA SEED PUDDING (Recipe)
Looking for a perfect way to start your day, look no further because this recipe is easy to make and is a perfect dairy-free base to any granola parfait. Our favorite way to top a chia seed pudding parfait is with our classic Sunset Blend or the Paleo Sunrise Series; HU Dark Chocolate Blend.
This recipe features matcha powder but a variety of other ingredients can be used instead. Add a tsp of turmeric to add a splash of color or a spoon full of peanut butter for extra protein. A great part about making a chia seed pudding is it can be done ahead of time and stored in the freezer so you can fee like a meal prep queen.
- 2 cups almond milk
- 6 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tsp matcha powder
- pinch of salt
- Nut butter of your choice
- Cocoa nibs
