We first started making Breakfast Brownies in the winter of 2020 as a fun treat for farmers market shoppers looking for a quick and tasty gluten-free breakfast. Originally called the 'Chocolate Muffin' these decadent treats were soon renamed because of their perfect cross between a breakfast and dessert.
What's so special about these muffins, you might ask? These chocolaty treats are not only gluten-free but are also grain-free, vegan and contain no refined sugars. We have made a custom blend of flours that perfectly mimics that of a regular brownie, but dare I say better. These Breakfast Brownies get their rich chocolatyness from organic cocoa powder and the same dark chocolate gems that can be found in our Dark Chocolate Paleo Sunrise Series Granola.
