We are so excited to partner with Caitlin of Star Infinite Food for a special limited Chef's Blend: Carrot Cake! This crunchy, warming granola is truly a slice of cake: pecans and walnuts, coconut and agave, raisins and pineapple, carrots and chia, and cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves. And we couldn't leave out the frosting, could we? We used Miyoko's Vegan Cream Cheese for a perfect creamy complement to the nutty crunch. Yum. I’m Caitlin, food blogger and granola lover. I used to be a competitive athlete, and loved to make myself different granola blends. Discovering NJG was a moment I won’t forget—one bite and I was in absolute awe. Here I am twelve years later, teaming up with my favorite granola brand to create the blend of my absolute dreams. This granola expresses both of my loves: dessert and veggies. I mean, carrots IN my granola—who would have thought?! We used a cashew-based “cream cheese” for the literal icing on the cake.
5% of proceeds go to Feeding Displaced Ukrainians, an incredible nonprofit close to my heart. My aunt, a master baker, joined World Central Kitchen to help feed displaced Ukrainians traveling through Poland. She started a fund during her first volunteer position, whose proceeds help support Ukrainian women and children find safe places.

We ship ground via USPS or FedEx, Monday-Friday, unless requested otherwise. All orders placed before 12PM PST will ship that same day.
